Digital Products — Final Sale!
All digital items (including planners, journals, and other downloadable files) are non-refundable once purchased. After checkout, your files are available immediately, which means they cannot be returned.
Exceptions We'll Consider
Refunds may only be issued under the following conditions:

Wrong Item Sent (Our Error): You received a different product than the one you ordered.

Duplicate Charge: You were accidentally charged twice for the same item.
If one of these situations applies, please contact us at changedthroughchristllc@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. If we cannot promptly correct the issue, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
